NGO Committee Members (10th November 2010)

Clayton Byfield: Chairman & Founder Director
As owner his role involves overall activities and direction of the NO GUN Organisation to include shared financial responsibility and learning programs proposition. Also responsible for (SIC) Support Inner-city Communities project, clothing, sponsorship and key partners agreements.

Nicole Byfield: Director
As co-owner her role is to assist with project management and the coordination of events and road shows. Her role also involves day-to-day business administration.

Julie Osborne: Communications Director
As PR and communications link between business and City partnerships her role involves building firm relationships and encouraging financial support for our projects.

Owen Atkinson: Treasurer
His role involves shared financial administration responsibilities to include funding, budgeting and procurement. Responsible for presentation of No Gun Organisation management accounts.

Georgina Roper: Secretary
Offer’s her advice and expertise on office administrative procedures and NGO financial consultation.

Katrina Stiles: Youth Communications
Having completed her University degree and is now a qualified nurse her role is to work closely with young members of NGO to direct a young panel of Ambassadors from various postcodes. She is also responsible for web development communication to include Facebook and Twitter.

Nathaniel Benjamin: Youth Mentor
After achieving a law degree in the corporate sector, his role assists young people with academic and career mentoring. He’s also responsible for NGO Youth Bus membership development.

Michelle Barron: Sports Development
Having fell victim to street crime and has now achieved admirable success as a female amateur boxer, her role supports young NGO female members with mentoring through sports aims and social issues.

Dominique Byfield: Youth Mentor
As our youngest member of the Committee her role is to work closely with members to encourage Dance and Drama development as part of our role play and music video projects.

All of the above work on a ‘voluntary basis’ excluding expenses with the exception of the two Directors who have the power to defer their minimum salaries payments whilst the Organisation continues to develop financial independents.
